The Roots

Beginners Course
£50
  • This course is compulsory for any new members who have not been a member of another CrossFit gym.
  • The course provides two 90 minute sessions which must be completed prior to having access to full gym timetable.
  • These sessions will be held on Thursday evenings & Saturday mornings.
  • This includes one months membership (Starting after Roots Session 1).

  • 10x Sessions lasting 6 months from date of purchase
  • Only applies if you are familiar with CrossFit movements or have been a member of another CrossFit gym.
