“The Open”


For the next 5 weeks we will be taking part in the CrossFit Open.
5 workouts over 5 weeks, every Saturday morning!
Starting: Saturday 27th February 2016
Finishing: Saturday 26th March 2016
Even if you haven’t registered for “The Open”, we will be programming the workouts so that everyone gets the opportunity do them.

If you have registered you will get to enter your score onto the online leaderboard and add points to the Hawk Eye Team!

This is a huge event to be a part of, in our box and in the CrossFit community, we would love to see as many people as possible down to support all morning and take part!

Please read our Schedule below and see how the next 5 Saturday’s will go….

• The classes will run as they always do but will be dedicated to the open workout, please book on as normal, we may need to organise into heats depending on the workout and for those needing judged. (If you have registered – you will need a judge)
• All 4 Coaches will be available every Saturday for judging, plus those that have completed the Judges Course. On the day you will be assigned a judge for that workout.
• For those that have entered but can’t make Saturday’s, please organise a time with one of the coaches to do the workout over Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday.

**On the last Sunday of the Open – EASTER SUNDAY – 27th March – We will celebrate with a good ol’ party night!!
We have booked multiple Booths for drinks at ‘House of Vodka’ Bar (7:30pm onwards) and a VIP Area at ‘Bambu’ Nightclub (11pm onwards)**
